Applying a structured, risk-based methodology, we evaluated the condition and compliance status of healthcare facilities to support the Trust’s strategic maintenance planning and ensure regulatory adherence. Our work provided the Trust with a clear understanding of estate-wide priorities, enabling targeted investment and improved operational resilience. The assessments form a vital foundation for long-term estate management and patient safety.
