Welsh Ambulance Service Condition Surveys

Hurley & Davies conducted detailed condition surveys of Welsh Ambulance Service's stations to inform the Trust estate strategy.
H&D were commissioned to undertake multi-faceted condition surveys of a large estate, focusing on all ambulance station locations. Our surveys were conducted using a developed survey pro-forma that collected extensive information on the physical conditions of the building fabric, as well as mechanical and electrical installations. We assessed the quality of the environment and the functionality of each site.
The information collected from these surveys was instrumental in formulating the Trust estate strategy. Our detailed assessments provided valuable insights into the current state of the facilities, highlighting areas that required maintenance or upgrades. Recommendations were made to improve the overall functionality and environment of the ambulance stations, ensuring they meet the necessary standards for operational efficiency and safety.
