Hurley & Davies conducted stock condition surveys, EPCs, HHSRS, and WHQS 2023 Assessments for Trivallis, utilising in-house surveying software and managing all survey appointments.
We have a dedicated team of experienced stock condition surveyors who have been working with Trivallis to complete comprehensive whole house assessments. These assessments include stock condition surveys, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments, and Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2023 assessments.
Our team utilised in-house surveying software to capture the survey data, which then integrates seamlessly with Trivallis’s in-house software. We are responsible for organising and managing all survey appointments, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently. Our surveyors are supported by a dedicated project administrative team, which helps to coordinate and manage the logistics of the surveys.
To date, H&D have completed approximately 3000 surveys for Trivallis and continue to work with the client to meet their target for delivery.
The successful completion of these whole house assessments has provided Trivallis with valuable data and insights into their housing stock. Our efficient management and use of advanced surveying software have ensured that the project is on track to meet the client’s delivery targets.
