A key focus of the project was future-proofing the facility, with provisions for internal and external expansion to support long-term growth. Sustainability was also central to the brief, with the inclusion of a large roof-mounted photovoltaic system to generate on-site electricity and a rainwater harvesting system to support water self-sufficiency.
Strategically located at the end of Valley Way in Llansamlet’s Enterprise Park, the dealership is ideally placed to serve the growing Swansea market. Group Managing Director Stephen Hutchings described it as “the most significant dealership opening for the Hyundai brand this year.”
