The scheme involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of four leisure centres to mitigate the client’s loss. Our work included extensive liaison and negotiation with insurers and loss adjustors to ensure a smooth settlement process. Additionally, we acted as the lead consultant for the refurbishment works.
