Citizen’s Advice Bureau Bargoed

Hurley & Davies conducted an appraisal study, lease end negotiations, and conversion of a former workman's club into office accommodation for the Citizen's Advice Bureau in Bargoed.
Nearing the lease end, we were appointed to undertake an optional appraisal study of several potential properties that the Citizen's Advice Bureau in Bargoed could acquire to facilitate their rapid expansion requirements. Following the completion of this study, we represented the Citizen's Advice Bureau in the subsequent lease end negotiations.
H&D provided building surveying, architectural, and project management services throughout the project. We secured the necessary statutory consents to convert the former workman’s club into office accommodation. The works entailed major reconfiguration and adaptation, along with a first-floor extension to meet the Citizen’s Advice Bureau’s expansion needs.
The successful completion of this project ensured that the Citizen’s Advice Bureau’s rapid expansion requirements were met efficiently. Our comprehensive approach, from property appraisal to conversion, provided the Citizen’s Advice Bureau with a functional and well-adapted office space.
They are a very professional, dedicated and
reliable organisation who manage to retain a
very personal service and relationship with
their clients. They showed genuine
commitment, and at times that went above
and beyond.
