Gelli Aur Mansion, a stunning Grade II listed country mansion, presented an opportunity for acquisition. H&D were instructed to undertake a comprehensive report on the building, focusing on its potential conversion into a future care home.
Our work involved identifying and costing defective items within the mansion. We also engaged with the planning department to discuss the proposed uses of the building, ensuring that all plans were in line with regulatory requirements and preservation standards.
