Survey data was collected across the estate and included assessments of building condition, fire compliance, and Health & Safety risks. The results were captured and presented using our in-house estate management software. This approach provided the Trust with a clear, accessible overview of estate performance and compliance. The use of our bespoke software ensured efficient data handling and supported informed decision-making for future estate planning.
