CCBC Non-Housing Estate

Hurley & Davies were appointed by Caerphilly County Borough Council to deliver a 25-year asset management plan covering their extensive non-housing estate.
The project encompassed approximately 550 buildings, including sports pavilions, community centres, leisure centres, and civic buildings. Our role was to assess the long-term condition and maintenance needs of these assets to support strategic planning and investment.
This large-scale assessment provided the Authority with a clear, data-driven roadmap for managing and maintaining their diverse property portfolio. The plan supports informed decision-making, ensuring the sustainability and functionality of public assets for decades to come.
